Melenda Lanius: Melenda is the owner of Top Dog Inspection Services and a Certified Mold Detection Dog Handler. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science & Business Management Degree (BSBM)

Mike Lanius: Mike provides environmental consulting for Top Dog Inspection Services. Mike is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). He holds industry recognized designations that are council approved by the American Indoor Quality Council (AMIAQ). Mike is a Council Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) this designation requires the holder to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in 2 of 3 fields relating to mold, asbestos, and HVAC. He is a Council Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE), Council Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS), and a Council Certified Microbial Remediator (CMR). Mike is a Certified Mold Detection Dog Handler. He provides indoor environmental consulting services for Mold Blasters LLC and Ductz of the Heart of Illinois LLC.

George Rickert: George is a Council Certified Residential Microbial Inspector (CRMI). He is also licensed by the state of Illinois as a Home Inspector L#450.00002497. George is also licensed by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency division of Nuclear Safety as a Radon Measurement Technician (L# RNIT2007225). He is a Certified Mold Detection Dog Handler.

Ryan Davis: Ryan is probably the first person you will speak with when you contact our office. Ryan is very knowledgeable with all aspects of the inspection services that Top Dog Inspections provides. Ryan is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. His knowledge and understanding of the microbial inspection process is an asset to our clients and the company.
