Melenda Lanius: Melenda is the owner of Top Dog Inspection Services and a Certified Mold Detection Dog Handler. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science & Business Management Degree (BSBM). Melenda is dedicated to maintaining a staff of true professionals that provide the highest quality service in the industry.

Mike Lanius: Mike has over 10 years of experience in the Indoor Air Quality Industry. He provides environmental consulting for Top Dog Inspection Services. Mike is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). He holds industry recognized designations that are council approved by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) Formerly the American Indoor Quality Council. Mike is a Council Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) this designation requires the holder to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in 2 of 3 fields relating to mold, asbestos, and HVAC. He is a Council Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor  (CMRS), and a Council Certified Microbial Remediator (CMR). Mike is also a Certified Mold Detection Dog Handler. He provides indoor environmental consulting services for MB Restoration LLC.

George Rickert: George holds an industry recognized designation that is council approved by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) Formerly the American Indoor Air Quality Council. The designation that George holds is a Council Certified Residential Microbial Inspector (CRMI). George has performed over 1000 mold inspections in the past 4 years. His inspection experience brings an added benefit to our clients who are faced with mold issues. George Rickert is also licensed by the state of Illinois as a Home Inspector L#450.002497. He is a Certified Mold Detection Dog Handler. George provides supervision over our Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati Metropolitan Area.

Ryan Davis: Ryan is probably the first person you will speak with when you contact our office. Ryan is very knowledgeable with all aspects of the inspection services that Top Dog Inspections provides. Ryan is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. His knowledge and understanding of the mold inspection process is an asset to our clients and our company. Ryan is a Council Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) this designation is an industry recognized designation that is council approved by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC) Formerly the American Indoor Air Quality Council.

Drew Lanius: Drew provides mold inspection, mold testing and air duct cleaning services for our Northern Kentucky-Greater Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. Drew has over 5 years of experience in the air duct cleaning industry and is experienced in the management of large commercial air duct cleaning projects. Drew has lived and worked in the Northern Kentucky-Greater Cincinnati Metropolitan Area for close to 21 years. Drew works directly with our senior mold consulting staff to provide our clients with the needed advice and answers when they are faced with a mold problem in their home or business.
